The Sanctuary (https://www.princess.com/news/backgrounders_and_fact_sheets/factsheet/The-Sanctuary-An-Ocean-of-Calm-on-Princess-Ships.html) on Princess ships has a fee for all passengers regardless of cabin type or Princess loyalty level.  Half-day passes cost $20 per person, for 8 am to 12:30 pm or 1 pm to 5:30 pm or later; full day passes are $40 per person; and full cruise passes are $30 per person per day.

On the Sapphire Princess the Sanctuary is located on Deck 16 all the way forward.  We have always enjoyed the Sanctuary on Caribbean cruises with full cruise packages but did not experience it on the Sapphire in June since we were on a wonderful Norwegian itinerary with 4 days above the Arctic Circle and the weather, while nice in a number of ports, wasn't warm enough in our estimation.
