Carnival Spirit food allergies

Does anyone have any experience with Carnival Spirit and food allergies.  I am asking about a serious fish allergy, gluetin allergy and dairy free foods.  Are these readily available?  Are they palatable?  Thanks for your help.

Haven’t sailed Spirit but always found all the lines to be very good with allergies and restricted diets.

Personal experience with Carnival, a friend with us had an allergy to mushrooms and was consulted every night by one of the Chefs regarding the meal for the following night. You can inform them of any special dietary requirement that you may have.

I found the gluten free bread on the Spirit to be delicious.

Carnival will let you speak to the staff prior to the first meal where you tell them your restrictions. My friend is vegan and each night the waiter would bring the next night's menu for her to select which meal she wanted "veganised". I suspect the same thing would happen with allergies.

Cruise ships do their utmost to cater for all dietary requirements.
