Travel time from Galveston to Houston Hobby

Anyone know the earliest you can make a flight that will be accepted by Royal Caribbean for their transfer bus?

Sorry, do not know about RC, but Carnival does not recommend flight before 1:30 pm

The RCI transit buses take about 50 minutes to Hobby.  Have done it many times. We are with the suites as first off the ship and get in the first shuttle which generally leaves around 9 AM. I don't think RCI imposes a flight time limit for their shuttles. But I certainly would not book a flight until at least noon.
