cruisenfromstlouie Posted August 21, 2019 #1 Share Posted August 21, 2019 I’ve been trying to book a cruise and choose a room on Princess but there are only a few choice options on different decks. Others are grayed out, others say sold. Can I guarantee a room? I’ve picked different cruises for 2019 and 2020. Same thing .. what am I missing? voljeep Posted August 21, 2019 #2 Share Posted August 21, 2019 you might want to consider working with a Princess Vacation Planner (PVP) until you get more familiar with the process or a Travel Agent ...
jennybenny Posted August 21, 2019 #3 Share Posted August 21, 2019 Looks like the cruises you are looking are are selling well. It might be helpful to call princess directly to help with cabin availability and pricing I find when I call I also like to have the deck plan or a mock booking available to compare and ask questions

janina Posted August 22, 2019 #5 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Get help from a good TA they can see all the available cabins and let you know.
skynight Posted August 22, 2019 #6 Share Posted August 22, 2019 Is your cruise being sold as a b2b, this is common. When sold this way some cabins are reserved for those booking the b2b as a single cruise and some for those not booking the b2b. Try checking room availability by searching the b2b. Work with a T.A.
