A couple of days ago I noticed our November cruise on the Sky was added to the MC app & we were able to order our OceanMedallions to be delivered to our home. 😊

Thnx, added our Nov. 21 day T/A, and Jan. 21 day E-W-E Caribbean. Medallions ordered for both.

we did have the OM in hand when we boarded the CB back in May ...

Really strange happenings today! Every time I try to enter anything, it states that the app cannot access an internet connection. My phone is on wifi. I rebooted my phone, but still unable to access any part of the app. Well, it was fun while it lasted! 🤣

It’s not really strange as you think because others have recently reported that issue which affected me today showing that I was “Offline”.  There are still glitches even in the latest MedallionClass app update & I’ll just wait for it to work again...maybe they’re working on it this weekend. 🤔

Yes! That's all I get also. Then I logged out and now I cannot log in at all. I am going to leave it be for now. Thanks for the info! Makes me feel better that it is not just me!

That’s what I’m doing...too many glitches & often it works later without doing anything other than to patiently wait.  

 

Some techies have posted possible solutions but mostly my best solution is to wait until it works again. 😉 Calling their Navigators is sometimes necessary but I rarely need to call them.
