semala Posted September 12, 2019 #1 Share Posted September 12, 2019 Does Carnival sometimes have discounts when you book on board? I cruised RCL last year and the Chef's Table was about half off the website price if you called and booked the first day on board. I think certain other experiences (maybe some spa things?) were also discounted.
wemjam Posted September 12, 2019 #2 Share Posted September 12, 2019 The only discount I am aware of isn't a discount, but a free bee. If you book the Steak House on the first night you get a free bottle of their wine. There are no other on board discounts for booking once there. rvsullivan Posted September 12, 2019 #3 Share Posted September 12, 2019 You can no longer book on board! You will get an mail post cruise offering some "deals".

Dave & Mel Posted September 12, 2019 #5 Share Posted September 12, 2019 The Spa always has some deals on board. We always wait for the Spa to see what the first day and in port deals are. As far as the Chef's table, it is normally sold out before the cruise and has a wait list. That being said, last year on the Breeze we checked the first day if there was any spots open and were put on a wait list. We found out the day of the Chef's Table that we could attend. we paid the same price as if we had booked before hand (I can't remember how much, but I did ask if it was the same price and was told yes.) After our April cruise on the Paradise, I had some decent offers in my VIFP cruise offers list. I can't remember what they all were, but the one we booked under was a Suite Offer, which included $100 OBC for booking. The Suite was a great deal and the OBC made it even better, so we booked it for next fall for a Girl's cruise with me and my two best friends. First girls trip since I got married and had my daughter (who's 5 now). can't wait!
