My apologies, I have been under the impression for many years rainy season runs sometime late Oct through sometime in Jan. Sept being one of the dryest months the islalnd has. 

 

With that said, I do agree weather can change on a momnet's notice and being the weather the world over has gone a bit nuts who is to say historal data is still accurate.
