Received Upsell Offer

A few years ago we where offered to down size on a sold out cruise.  They offered to credit our CC about 2/3 of the amount we payed. By the time MY TA called me and her getting back to O it was gone.

TA said to call O to save back & forth communications, since offers are 1st come-1st served.  Calling O -- special rev. management desk --worked well, since I was able to pick the exact cabin I wanted in Cat., and paid at same time.
