We'll be sailing on E-dam in November, and have two nights booked at Tamarind. My DH just said today "I hope they still have the wasabi soy tenderloin!" The most recent menu that I saw shows it still available .

Both were stand alone restaurants and Tamarind has never "blown me away". Very good? Yes. Rudi's concept for Sel de Mer, regardless of a stand alone or a pop-up restaurant, is more of a winner than a pop-up of a Tamarind. Rudi's does cost twice as much as the Tamarind . We love the Tamarind and eat there several times per cruise. We like the Sel de Mer, and the Pinnacle, but for us the Tamarind wins out every time. I think a pop up on the ships that don't have a Tamarind would be a great idea.
