If we book for afternoon tea do we get a separate lift and maybe not have a big queue for the lift ?

If you have a reservation at At-mosphere restaurant/lounge for Afternoon Tea there is a separate elevator to those going to the observation deck...  Although it’s a while since I was last there I feel certain there is also a separate elevator for those with tickets to the Sky Lounge on Level 148...

The tea at AtMosphere is fantastic, highly recommended.

Yes it is separate entrance as it’s in the Armani hotel.  

Much better deal than just going to a viewing platform imho. They have a dress code.
