Does anyone know if there are HDMI hookups on the TVs on the Eurodam?

There may be, but the TVs are mounted flush to the wall, no space to get behind them.

At least, that's how it was in our room.

You need a very skinny hand to plug an HDMI cable into the jacks.  They are side-facing, but on the rear of the TV, which allows only 2 inches of space.   Plus, to switch the TV's input from ethernet to HDMI, you will need to bring a universal remote with the list of TV codes, so you can program it.  It can be done, but what's the point ?   Get out of your cabin and enjoy the ship and ports.   You can watch content on your device any time at home.
