They are not included in any ifbthe current drink packages (except for YC guests)  However - and this is the lovely MSC consistent inconsistency - your mileage may vary.  Some folks have reported being able to get some, others report the bartenders follow protocol - they're not covered. 

Doesn't hurt to try. And even if not covered, they're well worth the price ti buy one!
