Viking Embarkation

Just notified by Viking that due to low river level embarkation of trip on Nov 1 will not be moved from Budapest to Komarno, Slovakia 60 miles away.  I guess we won't even see Budapest not sure 😪

Will you still fly into Budapest?  How will you get from Budapest to Komarno?  Will Viking transfer you?

Viking will handle transfer via bus

Let us know what happened. I’m guessing they will bus you to Budapest for the day.

what Viking ship was this?  Did it actually happen

 

There seems to be many ships in Budapest today, so the Viking reasoning seems to be strange
