BlondeKajun Posted November 11, 2019 #1 Share Posted November 11, 2019 We were looking for a beach day & were unsure if any were open. We found Paradise Cove Resorts, (Deadman's reef dot com) they offered pickup/dropoff from the port. They are still in process of rebuilding but It was a fantastic day. No cruise crowds, beautiful snorkeling/kayaking & super friendly people. We were glad we were able to support them.

Rare CruisinCrow Posted January 26, 2020 #4 Share Posted January 26, 2020 Thank you for the suggestion! We're trying to figure out what to do in Freeport since so much still seems to be closed. Was the snorkeling equipment included? What about the kayaks? Did they sell food?

ABQrobin Posted January 30, 2020 #6 Share Posted January 30, 2020 We loved Freeport. We did a kayaking excursion thru the ship, don't think you can book it otherwise. They took us kayaking then to a beach for picnic and over an hour on the beach before returning. It was a fantastic excursion and our tour guide was one of the best ever. Kayaking in the mangroves... over 2 hours but it was pretty easy, everyone kept up well, except one couple that just couldn't get the hang of it so we had to wait on them several times. We would do this again anytime!!!
