Beverages on Sea Pass?

I just read through the Elite plus perks, and noticed that we can have unlimited drinks between 5 and 7 at any bar or lounge except the WCB on S class ships. Does this mean that the 3 drinks previously loaded on our Sea Pass no longer are?

Is the main dining room considered a bar or lounge,  to get a glass of wine while eating between 5 and 7?

AFAIK, the main dining room is classified as a restaurant, not a bar or lounge

The three CC HH drinks have been replaced with unlimited drinks for elite and up from 5 to 7:00 PM. Great improvement. Unfortunately you can not get the CC HH drinks in any of the dining venues. Grab a glass of wine or two before you leave the Sky Lounge or stop by one of the bars and grab a glass or two of wine and carry it in the MDR with you. Also if you want another glass leave the MDR, go to the nearest bar and get a glass or two and bring it in with you. No one will care or stop you.
