If you have an impending cruise, some say you can show your paperwork from the TA to the CruiseNext people for proper credit. I don’t know if that works. I just went online to MyNCL and saw that the Encore TA wasn't on the list in the Cruise History, so I clicked on the "Report a missing cruise".
