Encore TA Latitude Points?

Has anybody from the Encore TA received their Latitude Points yet? Still missing mine and havent received a reply from the company about them.

Not yet, I’m sure they’ll show up eventually. If you have an impending cruise, some say you can show your paperwork from the TA to the CruiseNext people for proper credit. I don’t know if that works.

Yep, worked for me too in Escape 4 days after Encore TA and no points.

 

Only got my Encore TA points a couple of days ago.

Thanks CruiseNYR for informing us. I just went online to MyNCL and saw that the Encore TA wasn't on the list in the Cruise History, so I clicked on the "Report a missing cruise".

I called NCL last week about another issue and asked about my missing points.  The rep checked with her supervisor and neither could find a reason they aren't posted yet and said to give it some time.

Im surprised because we have been back for over a month now, ive sent in 2 requests but havent heard anything back

Finished a great cruise on the Joy Sunday and 30 points for the Encore TA plus the Joy cruise posted on Monday.

For some reason the cruise wasn't closed until recently and the form on the Latitude website isn't working for some reason.  Use this email and put in your latitude number and reservation number and they should credit you in 48 hours: latitudesupport@ncl.com
