"Cold Beverages" listed on room service menu

Currently on Explorer.  First time ordering room service breakfast in quite awhile as we usually prefer CR.  Our tour departs at 845am so decided to have something delivered.  Part of our order was V8 juice and skim milk listed under Cold Beverages.  Both were delivered room temperature, NOT cold.  Re-delivery of chilled items only took about 10 minutes but it should have been correct the first time.  Next time I will write-in COLD in bold capital letters next to those items!

Not everyone likes cold juice or milk...   But I am sure writing "COLD!" will have the desired effect.

Milk onboard is not "fresh" due to cold storage limitations.  This is a UHT (ultra high temperature) process which allows for safe room temperature storage which can be transferred to refrigerated storage on a regular basis.  If items are listed as "Cold Beverages" they should indeed be cold without question.

Based on how the milk has been pasteurized, some milk outside the US and Canada has a three month self life.  I thought it was a bizarre question when the butler asked if I wanted the milk I requested to be stocked in my room everyday at room temperature or in the fridge!
