Indy Promenade Rooms

Are the connecting promenade rooms on Indy not a good idea? That's all that's left and most of them seem to be connecting anyway.  We always like the promenades if we don't get a balcony, but was wondering what's missing where the connecting door is, and if anyone can comment on noise issues or anything. Thanks!

Some people find that sound travels more readily through a connecting door than through a solid wall.  Others don't.  If you have a problem, try pushing a towel into the opening at the bottom of the door.

They usually either put in a smaller sofa or chair.

Not sure what was missing, cannot say that we missed anything, love the room and the window seat is a nice addition. We must have had quiet neighbors as we never heard a sound from the connecting room.
