Bonnie I'm wondering if you can help! I asked my travel agent to sort out our b2b OBC for us. I checked today, and it was there, however our EBB that had previously been sitting in our journey planner appeared to have vanished! On attempting to look up EBB on the Az website, I got a page not found. What has happened to it?

Hi Penny,

if you did book so long ago that you had the EBB benefit on your booking, then it SHOULD still be there. We will honor what was in place before the program was terminated.

You/your TA should call our Customer Service or if you prefer send an email to reservations.au@rcclapac.com.
