SURF INTERNET PACKAGE

We are elite, so 90 min unlimited. I see the SURF INTERNET PACKAGE. It says there is no VOIP so I assume no internet calls. Has anyone use this package, and is it worth it?

We purchased the surf package for a recent cruise.   No internet calls, we could email, text, send photos, download newspapers, check FB.  There were a few sites IG as an example that we couldn’t view.  
 

We used my E+ discount on the purchase of 1 Surf pkg and then used DHs E+ 240 minutes for calls.

We had the Surf package on Summit in Sept. We did not try internet calls but were able to do Facetime every day. Wasn't expecting that to work so probably can't count on it.
