Disembarking Question

We will be on a Norway cruise next June with an arrival time back in Southampton scheduled for 7AM.   I'm booking tickets for the Eurostar after the cruise, and am looking for the best guesses of all you seasoned travelers as to what time I can realistically plan on being off the ship.   In the past our cruises have always gotten into port earlier than 7. 

We always do an independent walk off with our luggage.  Thank you for any help you can offer.

It was pretty quick in Southampton when we did the Norway cruise. But, will anyone know now with Brexit?

Years ago we went through normal disembarkation and then had a private Shuttle take us back to the hotel were we stored some of our luggage and took the hotel shuttle to the airport for a hop over to Holland. I want to say we easily made a 2 to 3 PM flight.
