No Arrive at port time

Hi all, Sailing Feb 1st Breakaway out of Port Canaveral. On all our Edocs ( large group) It says arrival time 12pm.

 

We have never sailed out of this port, only Miami. And every other ncl cruise we were able to choose our boarding time. But this time it didn't offer any of us to pick a time, just stated 12pm. Is this just how this port does it?

In all ports, the times are just suggestions and you can show up at any time in all ports. PC is a little smaller terminal so, we show up early (10:15 ish).
