Observation Room Hours

Is the observation room room open 24/7.  and how long does it serve refreshments.

Open 24/7

 

Early riser breakfast is 5:30-9:30 most days (one day was 6-9:30 for some reason on my Mexican Riviera sailing)

Light lunch is 11:30-5

 

Those hours are for the Bliss, but may vary by ship or sailing.

The JOY observation lounge on deck 15 was open 7am-11pm.  Breakfast times was continental, starting at 11am, the good stuff was put out, quiche, sandwiches, meats, cheeses, and some extra hot meat&cheese filled croissants.   I think all food choices were done at 4pm.  Last day it opened at 530am for continental breakfast.

On Encore I went to take photos of the Observation Lounge at around 2 or 3am one night and was surprised to find it was closed. It was open from 5.30am for light breakfast so I can only assume they close it for a few hours in the middle of the night.
