Taxi up to Paradise Point

How much does it cost to take a taxi up to Paradise Point? How long of a drive from the cruise port is it?  Thank you.

There are two ports if you dock at Havensight you can walk to the tram. If at Crown Bay probably around $10/per person if you want to taxi to the top.

Yup, you can take the skyride up if you are in havensight.

Last time I was in Havensight  there was a line about 2 hours long to go up the skyride and we could find no taxi that was willing to take us to the top.

Never thought about there being a line or no taxi, especially if there is more than one ship in. That would be disappointing.

I would like to know too.  My DH will not get in the Skyride (hates heights) and I would really like to go to Paradise Point again.

I need this info also. I love paradise point, but last time I had trouble with the stairs and leap on and off the tram.  I am older now and not as stable on my feet.  Is it really that hard to find a taxi to take you up and return you to the port?  I would panic if I couldn't find a ride back down.  Do taxis hang out at Paradise Point or do they expect you to take the tram?

The last time I went the taxis were in a line to take people and once they made a trip they had to get back in the end of the line. Since they would only get 2 or 3 fares a day they refused to take short cheap fares like up to Paradise Point instead waiting for more expensive fares to the other side of the island.
