Need help. Naples to Rome

Do you mean use a car service, with a driver, or rent a car and drive yourself?

The former is certainly possible, for a price (in the 400 - 500 euro neighborhood).  The later is also possible, for a lot less money, but comes with a different set of issues/challenges.

Driving a rental car in city centers certainly does have it's challenges!  Takes nerves of steel to drive in Rome.  And there are sections of the city where you cannot drive  without appropriate decals (like a locals or business).  If you don't know what you are doing, you can easily get into one of these "ZTL" areas and get a nice 65EU ticket.
