Nassau - Places to Eat

We're sailing on the Pearl out of Miami next Friday. We stop in Nassau and GSC. We don't have any excursions planned for Nassau. We're thinking of just walking around a little bit near the port and then spending most of the day on the ship. Are there any restaurants close to the pier that anyone would recommend?

We go to the Bahamas 3 times a year (typically at the Atlantis).  My favorites to go downtown are -

the Poop Deck

Athena's (Greek food - and amazing!)

Sip Sip (at the Cove - Atlantis Resort)

 

And we love, love love going to Fish Fry!

There's a Senor Frogs near the straw market

I think there's a conch fritter place on one of the beaches
