CRUISE ESCAPE Posted February 14, 2020 #1 Share Posted February 14, 2020 Has anyone booked the balcony/inside connecting cabins on RCCL? Cabins 9676/9681 and 9376/9381. How is the room in general? How is the balcony? Any photos would be greatly appreciated.
leaveitallbehind Posted February 14, 2020 #2 Share Posted February 14, 2020 (edited) They are both standard balcony and inside staterooms with good space and storage and a nice sized balcony. If you google the ship and stateroom numbers you will likely find pictures of them or comparable staterooms to look at. The nice thing is they are connecting with inside access to both which makes it convenient to have two bedrooms and two bathrooms for a family. The only drawback is that they are all the way aft on the ship which means it is a fairly long walk to the main elevator and stairway banks for access to the main venues on board. But that is not such an issue on balance with the convenience of the two rooms together. We have not booked these same staterooms but have booked inside and balconies across the hall from each other, which provided similar benefits for our family. But having them connect is a real plus IMO. Edited February 14, 2020 by leaveitallbehind
crystalspin Posted February 15, 2020 #3 Share Posted February 15, 2020 There are four photos of 9376 on the Voyager OTS (sister ship) on Cruise Deck Plans. The linking door is not shown (except maybe in the mirror?). The balcony rail is solid on its lower half.
