Pticture for on line check in

Hi All

 

My hubs submitted his photo for on line check in but I didn't do mine. We are sailing on the Mera in YC. Will I have to go in a a really long line with thousands of people?

I'm not really sure what they do with those online pictures, they always take one at the port anyway.  I've stopped submitting them and it doesn't seem to take any longer to embark.

Thank you for the response. Good to know. I've read some not great embarkation stories about about MSC.

I've done mine on two MSC cruises in the recent months and when we got to check in, the pictures were not there and the agent had to take our pics. Very quick and easy.

The photo is used in the MSC for Me app, but as others have said, it isn’t required to include it there.

As others have said, we too uploaded our pics beforehand, only to have to have pics taken at port also.  I won't fret or bother about doing that for our cruise next week.
