Carnival's shuttle at Jacksonville airport

Anyone know if the shuttle service that carnival provides at the Jacksonville airport is slow? I'm hoping they shuttle every 30 minutes from airport to the ship instead of making people wait until the shuttle is full??

There is no way to accurately predict.  It is based on supply and demand in every port.  Depending on what time you board the shuttle, they may wait until it's full, or leave sooner if there are a lot of passengers waiting at the port.  If you don't like to wait there are other shuttle services, taxis and ride sharing.

How many are in your party, and how much is Carnival charging per person for the shuttle?  JAX is not a huge airport, and it is not a long distance to the port.  You might find a taxi, Uber or Lyft  is much less expensive.  Ask on the Florida Departures board here.  https://boards.cruisecritic.com/forum/386-florida-departures/
