In Seattle airport are there shuttle buses that take you to your cruise ship

The cruiseline will have shuttles to the pier. Pier 66.  Check their price.

If you can't manage your luggage easily, you may want to consider using STILA,  the limo/carservice stationed at the airport.  i believe it's $45 or $50.  The nice thing is .... you call from baggage claim and they;ll meet you curb side.

Yes, NCL will have shuttles available, assuming you are flying in the day of your cruise - you can make a reservation when you book and let NCL know your flight details and they will meet you at baggage pick-up.  Current price is $20.

 

If you are flying in early, most of the airport hotels have shuttles as well and will give you a package deal.
