Stepping it up a notch. No more scotch tape and black and white for me. I don’t want them to mistake my bag for one of those low priority bags.

Okay Greg. The doors should open promptly at 10:30. The entrance of the dome is on the north side which is closest to you.

If you are dropping your luggage with a porter, they are straight across from the QM on the opposite side. That 300 lb guys name is Big Al.😁

I had planned on it but since my room should be ready when I board I’m wondering if I should bring my own. It’s 21inch but packed. But only 30lbs.

If that's all I had I would just carry it on.:classic_cool:

If all is going well there today, they will start boarding between 11 and  11:15. Be prepared to walk up 4 or 5 long ramps to get to the bridge to the ship. Elevators are available.

The bridge? You step aboard on deck 4 near the casino. Oh, you're speaking of the main gangway.

Think he’s talking the indoor ramps at the port to get to the outdoor bridge that leads to the ship.

That is correct.

People have always complained about those ramps in the dome, especially if they carry on their luggage. Embarkation in LB on the Inaugural was a bit hectic, but it was in no way bad.  I loved the Platinum embarkation in NOLA, even with over 1700 Platinum and Diamonds. Have a wonderful cruise!!

The steep ramps weren't there before the planned arrival of Panorama.

In case anyone wonders these are luggage tag holders I bought. Thick plastic. Perfect fit. Seem to be good quality.

It’s my preferred side because...that’s where the laundry room is.
