non-refundable Flights by celebrity

I believe it will also be cancelled when you cancel the cruise.   If you have a non-refundable fare you will probably loose your pre-paid non-refundable air fair also.   An option might be to change you cruise, keeping the same reservation number and pay a change fee for your air.

One of the couples going with us had to cancel and although they paid for their non refundable flights 6 months prior, Celebrity did not have it ticketed yet ( before final payment) so they got a credit from the airline.  1year to use it.

Which makes sense, because non-refundable isn't the same as non-changeable.  Your friends didn't get their non-refundable fare refunded; they essentially got a change that they have a year to decide upon.
