Hey

I logged in yesterday to reply to some posts, and can't seem to log off.

Turned off my phone overnight, but I'm still here. đŸ˜”

Why do you want to log out? I never log out. Sometimes I have to log back in but that is because of some CC hiccup. There is no reason I can think of to log out.

Turning off your phone won't log you out but I never do that either............

Same here.

For me using my laptop, if I HAVE to for some reason I just click my user name appearing over the small Search bubble for the boards and beside the Notifications bell. Then I can click Sign Out in the dropdown menu.

Thanks Kat!

I'll try that later on my PC when I get home.

In the meantime, I'll just pretend that I'm "not here" ... đŸ‘»đŸ™ƒ

If you want to log out on the phone it is under what I call the hamburger menu. (I don't know what else to call it) That is in the blue bar on the right. Logging out on your PC won’t log you out on your phone.

That's what I'm clicking, and nothing happens.

So you're stuck with me for a while. LOL

LOL!

That reminds me of one of the things I miss from the old software. The red & green dots that showed with a member's user name to let all know if they were presently logged in to Cruise Critic or not as well as their last visit time. That is IF the member did NOT choose to have their account marked as Anonymous as some did.

If memory serves, initially user status was displayed including any currently viewed thread. A number of users suggested that this was an undesirable lack of privacy and, (sadly imo), the feature was removed.
