Links under my signature

Hi I am doing the spreadsheet for our roll call, some people can see the link under my posts  and others cannot . What do they have to do to see the link instead of going to my main profile?

Perhaps some may not realize they have signatures turned off?  EM

They need to go to the upper right and click on their username.  In the dropdown box, click on Account Settings.  To the left will be Signatures.  Click on that and there will be a button for turning signatures on/off.  In the picture, mine are on.  EM

Just note that by default, signatures are disabled on mobile devices.
