We cancelled and were told we would be getting a FCC with MSC for the amount we paid. This morning I opened my email and I received a welcome on-board email from the captain. Just now another email about booking our excursions with a 20% discount. I'm confused. Should I call them back and make sure they really cancelled us or is anyone having the same issue?
