Cancelled cruise for FCC; however still receiving Welcome onboard emails?

Hello fellow cruisers;

 We were supposed to sail on the Megaviglia this Sunday. We cancelled and were told we would be getting a FCC with MSC for the amount we paid. This morning I opened my email and I received a welcome on-board email from the captain. Just now another email about booking our excursions with a 20% discount. 

 I'm confused. Should I call them back and make sure they really cancelled us or is anyone having the same issue?

I am sure these are auto generated emails as long as you have conformation that you have cancelled i wouldn't worry.

Doesn't hurt to call, if you have some time to spare while waiting on hold.  unless you have an email confirming cancellation and FCC?

Emails are nuts right now. I got a final payment due email, and I don't sail until December! (I did call in, and was told to disregard.)

@Yurita Do you have a confirmation of the FCC in writing? If so, I would just disregard. MSC screws this stuff up all the time. However; PLEASE keep a written confirmation that you have cancelled.
