antsp Posted March 17, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 17, 2020 When travelling with family we used to get an additional card so we could access the other cabin, is this still possible with the medallion.
Hazelnut1106 Posted March 17, 2020 #2 Share Posted March 17, 2020 You won’t get an extra medallion. Just go to the customer service desk and ask to have access to the other cabin added to your medallion. I did this when traveling with my daughter and son-in-law in January. My daughter went with me to the desk when I made the request to ensure that she was ok with allowing me access to her cabin.
cruzsnooze Posted March 18, 2020 #3 Share Posted March 18, 2020 you can get a cruise card and use that if your family members goes with you to guest services for their permission to print a cruisecard.
jennybenny Posted March 18, 2020 #4 Share Posted March 18, 2020 We did not need another cruise card, our experience was the same as Hazelnut's. We all went to guest services, and they coded our medallions to be able to access all the necessary cabins. It is a little complicated if you have kids in another cabin and want to be able to find them as well. You have to link them as your child on both medallions. We needed help from Guest Services to do this. I hope we remember for our next medallion cruise.
