Come on NCL: "Your cruise is on hold but time is running out to make payment"

this is my 10day Dawn cruise on April 9, which was canceled because it's within the 30day ban period.

 

my cruise was paid in full months ago.

the cruisenext certs are not back in my acct.

so no idea what it means by Make Payment?

 

but not worried about it because it's canceled.

I've had four e-mails today urging me to book shore excursions on my April 19th cruise out of Athens on the Spirit.

 

There are two hopes of this cruise going ahead.

NCL reminded me via email that my online checkin is not completed for my April 18th TransAtlantic (New York to Rome). 

I don't think this cruise will sail any time soon.

Pretty sure this is a classic situation of not being aware of what the automated systems are doing!  The computers are doing exactly what they've been told to do (albeit that instruction was probably made years ago!)

I had two cruises cancelled because of the pause. March 21st and April 7th.... Both of those are still on my account with the same message as above about "payments".... 

 

Today, I logged into my account and noticed my May and June Cruises (3 cruises total) in addition to the ones that got cancelled above now have that "payment" message which was not there on any of them yesterday. 

 

I hate to say it, but we may see this pause last til July 1st... or, that's what is at least looking like at this point.

Yeah, I'm getting the automated messages too for our April 5th cancelled Encore.   Just watching for my Cruise Next to be credited back and then I'll decide how far in the future to re-book another cruise🤔

I have the same message for my May 1st cruise on the Sun. I also noticed that the section to prepay gratuities is missing. Maybe they're getting ready to cancel the next batch of cruises.
