fstuff1 Posted March 20, 2020 #1 Share Posted March 20, 2020 (edited) this is my 10day Dawn cruise on April 9, which was canceled because it's within the 30day ban period. my cruise was paid in full months ago. the cruisenext certs are not back in my acct. so no idea what it means by Make Payment? but not worried about it because it's canceled. romalley99 Posted March 20, 2020 #5 Share Posted March 20, 2020 I had two cruises cancelled because of the pause. March 21st and April 7th.... Both of those are still on my account with the same message as above about "payments".... Today, I logged into my account and noticed my May and June Cruises (3 cruises total) in addition to the ones that got cancelled above now have that "payment" message which was not there on any of them yesterday.
