When I click on the web refund link, it takes through to P and O.

I would contact your TA because I think they have got that wrong and given you incorrect information. As per P&Os website FCC can only be used against an upgrade on your cabin or booking or booking a second cabin for friends/family. You cannot use FCC on original booking in the same cabin.

I was told directly by P&O that I couldn't use my FCC towards our 2022 cruise other than to upgrade our cabin, which is what the T&Cs say. I am quite happy to take the FCC as I think I will get better value from the money than putting it in the bank, however if I don't find a cruise I will take the refund later and put it towards the 2022 cruise anyway, why P&O couldn't just do that without having to process a refund is beyond me.

Majortom10, thanks for your response. I will ring my TA tomorrow. I am not too concerned with FCC, as I said in my original post I am going ask for a refund. I was just posting to let others know what I had been told. I will post the response from my TA.
