He tried calling Princess but got customer service and they weren’t very helpful. Any ideas of how he can change his options before they post to his account? We had option #2, and in discussing cancellation with my T/A, I accidentally mention we were waiting on option #1. Some how, she mistook that to mean we wanted to change it, she called Princess, and they did. Then, I had to go back and explain that is not what I meant, and she called Princess, through the phone# travel agents use, and the person on the other end said it could not be changed. All of this happened in less than two hours. She then got transferred to Customer Relations, and they looked it and said no problem and changed it back to option #2, since of course, nothing had been processed. I had originally chosen option 2 and the next day I changed my mind and resubmitted the form and went with option 1. Later I talked to a Princess customer service rep to book a new cruise and was told it was no problem to change my choice. She said they would send an email to confirm which option I wanted. pseudoswede Posted April 8, 2020 #5 Share Posted April 8, 2020 Our TA accidentally submitted Option 1. After I got the confirmation e-mail from Princess, I let my TA know of the mistake.
