RC  just squashed my June 7  Carib. cruise for which  I took the 100% refund.   Three hours later, I got the shakes and now need to find another cruise or else!.

Having faith in our world health system, I'm taking a risk by looking at a Sept 4, 2020  sailing  on a Celebrity  to the Western Carib. booking through their  site.  

They are presenting  offers for Drinks and Tips at $200 pp. Has anyone been able to negotiate these or more perks  to a better price with one of their partner agents rather than using their site? At least, any suggestions on how to get a better price than $1,500 pp for the cabin

Find a TA that has group space or is offering a 3rd perk or additional OBC.  
You didn’t say how long the cruise is but Classic drink package if purchased is $59 pp per day plus 20% gratuity.  The tips vary by stateroom  category but $15 pp per day would be amount to use to calculate the value of the $200 extra.

Any decent TA will be able to give you additional perks on top of the drinks and tips offer from Celebrity. Getting a lower fare will be more of a challenge as TA names can't be provided here.
