Muster Drill Withdrawls

Funny,

I posted about the missing the Muster Drill 12 hours earlier before OP's orig post on the Royal Carib's forum:

On our 30+ cruises, the embarkation day 3:30pm Safety Muster Drill is the best highlight of our week-long cruise, since it means that we'll be leaving port soon.

Always looking forward to meeting all 5000 of my fellow cruisemates on the outside starboard side 5th deck, standing shoulder-to-shoulder, side-by-side, sardined in for 20 minutes, in wonderful steaming hot Galveston or freezing European port.

Now with the 6 foot social distancing guidelines with us for awhile, even after cruising starts again.... We'll miss this awesome muster drill experience...?  😎

I wonder how they’ll be conducted moving forward on some ships. I love the ones held in the theater, bars, dining room etc. the ones outside shoulder to shoulder... maybe not as much.

Princess was held inside at various locations, great. Hate having to fight to get to the muster location and stand and wait for latecomers. unfair to the rest.

On Fantasy class, isn’t the approved process to meet inside, go over it, then walk up the stairs together to the muster station so you are familiar with the location?

I do not what the norm is i can only say what they had us do on this particular cruise. They must have had a reason but i cant say why.

We would LOVE to be in a Muster Drill right now!!!  Never thought I'd miss it so much.  It's just a small price to pay for such a wonderful vacation!  Thanks for posting this!! 😍

We'd do B2B Muster Drills if we could cruise again!

The outside muster drill always made me feel hot and sweaty but it also signaled i was leaving my old world and entering a new fun experience.Everyone had to do it and together we became the passengers. Fun fun
