Other than logging in to one's existing booking/personalizer, is there anywhere to find a listing of onboard gift items and prices?

Almost anything from Princess can be found on ebay and cheaper.

Alternately you won't be able to get out of your cabin unless the sensors say your temperature is okay and you will have to breathe into another sensor to check for viral infection.
