Cunard Booking Procedure

One used to be able to book staterooms by first viewing exactly which ones were available and on what deck. Now the site seems less user friendly. Can we have user friendly booking back please? I don't see how it benefits Cunard more if we can't easily see availability and location.

How it benefits Cunard is quite simple, if they disclosed exactly how many and which cabins were vacant other cruise lines could use this information to their advantage as could potential passengers anticipating that the price is going to free fall due to only 75% occupancy and two weeks left before sail date.

I agree - totally frustrating when a cruise line alters a perfectly good website to make "upgrades".  I find American travel agency websites tend to still have this facility and also a German one.  Maybe just do a website search as, you will probably know, we are not allowed to post travel agency details.

If you still have a query - let me know and I will do the search for you!!  (I'm NOT a travel agent by the way!).
