robtx100 Posted June 10, 2020 #1 Share Posted June 10, 2020 My sister-in-law is looking at taking her granddaughter on a cruise with us. She has custody of the granddaughter. Has anyone been in this situation and knows what documentation is needed? She has her custody / court papers, but somehow, I'm thinking she may need something else. I could be wrong (it happens). Elerie Posted June 10, 2020 #2 Share Posted June 10, 2020 I have custody of my 10 year old granddaughter. When we took her on a cruise last year, we took our custody papers and BC. We signed on without issues.
roadburner Posted June 10, 2020 #3 Share Posted June 10, 2020 A copy of custody papers and BC should take care of it. If she didn’t have custody she would need written permission from both parents, signed by both parents, as well as BCs and health forms. (Been there, done that, several times.)
stevea36 Posted June 10, 2020 #4 Share Posted June 10, 2020 Regardless of what anyone says here on CC, although they are correct IMHO, I would check with RCI directly as they are the only ones who can tell you what is really needed. Steve
