For anyone worried about refunds...

i agree with the previous poster.

 

I canceled a cruise in March and carnival canceled my other cruise in April. Almost 100 day of no refund, the only refund i got back was my shore excursion in May

 

I called Carnival on Friday and it took a while but they had to manually reprocess the refund and told me that i should my refund soon. This afternoon i got an email from Fedex that Carnival shipped me my replacement gift cards. So far no refund back to my credit card but that should be coming soon hopefully in the next few days
