FCCs used by 12/31/21 what if no 2021 cruises

Probably not even a creditor since FCC has no cash value.  And the "promise" to grant future conversion of FCC to a cash redemption may or may not be considered a binding creditor agreement.

I‘m sure a promise to grant future conversion of FCC to cash would not be considered a binding creditor agreement.  However, right now it would make me feel better.
