A dyslectic from Boca Raton,

Upped his post count by one.
Then he sailed off to France.
And dropped down his pants,
And showed us his Roca Baton.

A poet online quite formidable,

Writes verse that is uncontrovertible.
Whether he's lad or she's lass,
I've been kicked in the *ss,
By the force of a dangling particip-able!

On a cruise ship two poets did spar

With words as sharp as a czar

One rhymed with great wit,

While the other said "sh*t"!

Till they both fell asleep at the bar!

There once was a prince now of Wales,
T'was in need of much soupier sails.
Please don't misinterpret
This short name for Margaret
T'was an activity that may just tip the scales,

In the Bistro where several have penned,
What just yesterday none could comprehend.
But it's hard to ignore,
When one goes back door.
Oh well, we'll all get what's deserved in the end!

Robato Wild is a true fanatic,

Who writes ribald verse from his attic,
Exclusive of fees,
I'm now weak in my knees.
And now all my posts are erratic.

There once were three poets so clever,

Their rhymes flowed like a meandering river.

But on the throne of high wit,

Only one could sit,

And THIS wordsmith was crowned forever! 😝

LeeAnne was not a landlubba,

Upstaged once by a small dog named Bubba.
She posed hot with cigar,
But her one true lodestar,
Was an autographed phylactic of rubba!

Sure, but can any of you laureates make up a rhyme with Funcle Albert? 😀

Well shoot. I really can't walk away from such a challenge. Damn you!

There once was a Funcle named Albert

Who loved nothing more than to stir up the dirt

In the forum for Crystal

He was such a pistol

He couldn't control his own blurt!

I have no sunrise for June 2 but I'm doing a sunset for June 1 from my 2015 Prinsendam Kiel Canal cruise.  It was 9:45PM local time when it was taken so it was by then June 2 at my house:

There once were poets so full of grace,

Their words danced with an elegant pace.

But their wit ran out of ink,

Leaving their thoughts on the brink,

Now their rhymes stumble all over the place!

Okay I'm officially done now. LOL!

I have another sunset rather than a sunrise, and it's again from my 2015 MS Prinsendam cruise.  June 3 was a turnaround day in Ijmuiden between segments of a Baltic, followed by British Isles cruise.

Just a note -- in the Singapore Cruise Center (at Harbourfront), there is still the large model of the Serenity.  It didn't get moved or replaced during the transition from OC to NC.  Probably owned by the govt of Singapore.

It's nice to see - still in the "old colors" with the two red stripes of NYK on the mast.  Forgive the reflections on the glass case - I didn't have my regular camera with the polarizing filter.
