Haven equal?

I'd seriously consider Celebrity. 

Unlike the NCL Haven restaurant, the dinner menu at Luminae (suites restaurant on Celebrity) changes every night (like a real MDR).

I assume NCL assumes you'll be doing specialty dining some/much of the time, so it's okay if the same menu runs through the course of your voyage. It's even more confusing that NCL sticks with a set menu for the Haven, because even the spa balcony cabins on Celebrity (Aqua Class) get their own restaurant, Blu, with new menus for dinner each night. 

Celebrity also usually offers unlimited internet to their suites, which is speedy and reliable... much better than however many minutes of dial up speed NCL is offering as a promo.

I do agree that it would be nicer if the menu changed, but I have found you can ask (nicely) and they are willing to accommodate with off menu items if they can do it.  Also, they do have specials that are off menu, and those change every day.

Again, I want to know more about Celebrity, maybe I need to go watch some youtube vids.  I plan to do MSC YC in the next year or so to see how that compares, but it looks amazing.
