Caesars Total Rewards Discount

Just a FYI. Had a cruise booked thru my cruise consultant. Was going to change the booked cruise to a different one and after seeing this thread was wondering if, how, could get 10% off thru Caesars. Called the NCL casino reservation number to get some info. They were able to change the cruise, apply the 10% discount and transfer all the credits and cruise next payments that were applied to original cruise.

Just booked...of course. I'll cancel & rebook it saves even a few hundo...

 

I just called my PCC & he was able to apply the TW discount to all of our cruises without rebooking.

If prices drop after the final payment date, NCL usually allows upgrading by paying the difference between the booked rate and the current rate. Does the Caesars Total Rewards discount also apply to the current rate of the upgraded stateroom? Or is the discount lost when upgrading after the final payment date?
